Suttles

La Vernia, TX

1877-1912

Brothers Isaac and George Suttles founded a  Pottery Company in 1873. This Pottery was sold in 1882 to Lyon & Parkhurst. Shortly there after George found another pottery in La Vernia and produced wares up till 1912. These potteries have been referred to as the Suttles or La Vernia Potteries interchangeably.
