Mathews Tiger Strings

Tiger 452 "ZS" Twist Bowstrings

The Patented ZS Twist string uses
counterclockwise (Z) and clockwise (S)
twisted filaments bundled together to
make a complete string. This balances the
string to eliminate peep rotation. Also, the
two colors make it more attractive and easier
to separate for quick peep installation.

NOTE: We stock Zebra and Tiger Strings and Cables for all models of Mathews Bows. For other makes just give us the length and we will order it for you. Make sure to specify the manufacturer, as well as the length required, of your bow when placing an order to ensure proper serving placements. All strings that are a Mathews lengths are served for Mathews and have speed nocks installed. All others do not have speed nocks installed. If you feel you cannot wait for a special order you can take your chances on the correct size from the list above but realize you may have to reserve them for proper alignment.

Please note that Hoyt cables on models manufactured before 2000 need 6" added to them. For example if the length written on your bow is 35" then you actually need a 41" Cable. This is because Hoyt does not include the 6" split length.

Also note: The Above Cables are all split Harness style. For Single Loop cables See NA Custom or look for the manufactures OEM strings/cables below. Single cam bows require ONE cable. Most dual cam bows require TWO cables. If you are not sure then feel free to contact us. Craig@OutdoorProShops.com

What's the Difference Between a Zebra and a Tiger String

A Zebra string is going to be 3-4 feet per second faster than a Tiger string. Although, it will have a bit more stretch than the Tiger string. So if you are looking for a fast durable string and don't mind a little more stretch, then the Zebra
string is for you.
