grade, non-serrated stainless steel, precision cut using the latest state
of the art laser equipment and carefully tempered to 49-51 Rockwell
hardness. Each head is individually ground, stropped to a razor finish,
and then assembled and tested for absolute uniformity. This dedication to
perfection produces a broadhead that flies straight and true with

| The
Steel Force Titanium Sabertooth broadhead is the most
advanced cut-on-contact production head ever built. The main blade is
precision laser cut, grade 5, aerospace titanium. Titanium is light and
incredibly strong. This allows us to produce a blade with the same
dimensions as our steel blade without sacrificing strength, but is much
lighter. Our aggressive, low angle and razor sharp edge produce
outstanding penetration and flight without resorting to mechanical
gimmicks. "CUT THROUGH THE BULL." Use
Steel Force titanium. Available in 65 to
125 grain weights, and all of our titanium heads feature our exclusive

Series
With the addition of the new Steel Force
Hellfire Series broadhead, Ballistic Archery has again redefined the
traditional cut-on-contact style broadhead! The Hellfire is a true 4
blade, heavy duty broadhead perfectly suited for large game. Presently
available in 150 grains (#55723), 125 grain titanium (#75723), Premium
Titanium 100 grain (#75223), and as a serrated 100 grain in Feb. 2003.
The Stainless Steel main and secondary blades are made from knife-grade
stainless steel, cryogenically processed at -325 degrees, hardened to 50
rockwell. Both Stainless Steel and Titanium (grade 5 aircraft titanium)
main blades are serrated over the last 40% of each blade in our exclusive
Sabertooth style. The new patented locking system allows for 5 second
removal of both blades. The razor sharp blades are interlocked creating an
exceptionally strong and rigid front section. As with all Steel Force
heads, perfect flight can be expected.
Optionally, the secondary blades are available serrated as an accessory
blade (part #55501). |
