Insurance is optional on Standard Shipping but is
recommended. If an order is not insured the buyer assumes all responsibility

Special Orders:
Special orders are always welcome. A 50% non-refundable deposit is
required at time order is placed. Special orders are
non-refundable and non-returnable. Most special orders require
only a few days to a week but some may take longer. An estimated
delivery time will be given but is not a guarantee. Delivery time
is dependent solely upon manufacturers ability to deliver to
us.
Back Orders:
We will take back orders only on request and you will be notified
prior to shipping to get your approval and will only be billed at
this time.
Warranty:
All items sold are new and carry
the full manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated. We are not
a warranty repair station and do not provide any warranty service
or additional warranty to any product. We do not guarantee
any products in any way including, but not limited to fitness or
ability to fit any need or use.* All warranties are through the
manufacture. We will gladly provide any and all assistance in
getting you information to aid it getting warranty repairs
provided when need be, but assume no responsibility of either
replacing the item or providing any form of warranty.
*As a
service to customers who purchase bows from us we do provide an in
store warranty service. We will perform any and all warranty
services required at no charge as long as we are an authorized
dealer of said bow line and only to the extent the manufacture
will allow and authorize said service. Any and all charges
charged to Outdoor Pro Shop's, Inc., will passed along to the
customer. To obtain this service bow must be brought into or
delivered to Outdoor Pro Shop's, Inc., and picked up or sent
freight collect back to owner.
Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchases. Please
read this return policy before you order so you will be familiar
with it should you want to return something.
Any merchandise that you may receive which appears to have been
damaged in shipping please give us a call so we can make
arrangements for insurance claims if applicable. Do not send it
back to us as this may cancel your damage claims!
If you have received an incorrect order please let us know
immediately. You can return the entire order for refund or simply
let us know what was incorrect so we can make it right. You will
not be charged any additional shipping. Please include the invoice
when making the return. Call for a RMA# to put on the return box.
No items will be accepted without a RMA #
If you have purchased an item and no longer want it but have
not yet opened or used it, you can return the unopened item for a
full refund within the first thirty days from the date of
purchase. Please call to let us know that you are returning it so
we can verify the credit card number for refund or mailing address
to mail a check for orders paid by cashier’s check or money order.
Please include the invoice when making the return. Call for a RMA#
to put on the return box. No items will be accepted without a RMA
#
A few items can not be returned!! Any item that cannot be
resold as new or was custom ordered to your specifications can
not, such as cut arrows, damaged/soiled items, and bows. Custom
built arrows are satisfaction guaranteed and will gladly be
replaced if they do not meet your expectations.
