This exclusive patented gel system is unique. The Carbon tube is filled with shock absorbing gel that has a mass suspended in it. When the bow vibrates the mass moves within the gel counteracting the vibration , thus, taming the system.

The internal CS gel masses  move freely inside the tube and counteracts the vibration received from the bow.

The CS Doinker disrupts the vibration from traveling to the front mass, taming the system down.
